DIRIYAH GATE DEVELOPMENT (PHASE 1)

The Diriyah Gate Development Project Phase 1 is a monumental initiative aimed at transforming 14 square kilometers of Diriyah into a premier cultural and lifestyle destination, reflecting Saudi Arabia’s rich heritage. With a total development budget exceeding SAR 236 billion, this phase will introduce 40 hotels, over 300 branded residential units, 566,000 square meters of retail space, and 1.6 million square meters of office space. A notable milestone includes the completion of infrastructure work for the Western Ring Road at Exit 38, enhancing connectivity between Diriyah and Riyadh. Additionally, the project has achieved Platinum Level LEED for Cities certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, underscoring its commitment to sustainability. Upon completion, Diriyah will emerge as a vibrant hub for living, hospitality, retail, and culture, attracting visitors and residents alike to experience its unique blend of historical significance and modern amenities.
