Royal Guard Of Oman Technical College commonly known as RGOTC is a public and military college in al Seeb on the governorate of Muscat in the Sultanate of Oman. Their new expansion project was to build this sophisticated Technical College in Halban. However due to budget constraints the project was limited to Pre Construction Stage where SIC took part.
