IBS UNIVERSITY PAPUA NEW GUINEA

The proposed School of Accounting & Finance, Pyramid Shaped & Themed Confrence Hall at IBS University in Papua New Guinea is designed to be a state-of-the-art academic facility that supports finance and business education. The project includes a two-story structure, incorporating moder classrooms, faculty offices, auditoriums, student collaboration spaces, and advanced technological infrastructure to enhance learing and research capabilities. The architectural design integrates contemporary aesthetics with sustainable building practices, ensuring energy efficiency and long-term durability. The structural framework is engineered to comply with intemational standards, accommodating dynamic loads while ensuring safety. MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems include efficient HVAC installations, optimized lighting, and smart electrical systems, providing a comfortable and environmentally friendly learning environment. Furthermore, the plumbing and drainage systems are planned to align with water conservation practices, while the ELV (Extra Low Voltage) system incorporates security, networking, and digital infrastructure for seamless
academic operations. This project is a milestone in IBS University’s expansion, reinforcing its commitment to fostering financial education and professional development in Papua New Guinea.
